Hampton Court Palace - Tennis Court LaneBetween 1500 and 1800 the total number of courts in The Netherlands, then called “kaatsbaan”  exceeded the 150 mark – the possibly most important court stood within the perimeter walls of the Parliament buildings in The Hague!
